Dave Risha - President and CEO

Dave Risha

President and CEO

Dave’s interest in training started while in the United States Air Force where he served as a Fireman and Holloman Air Force Base’s Assistant Chief for Training. After separating from the Air Force, Dave’s career turned to Government contracting, where he spent the next 35 years in various contracting roles from Contract Administrator in the 1980s to Vice President of several small contracting firms.

Julie has nearly 30 years as a contract specialist and managed contracts for multiple organizations and their clients. This experience spanned the government services, oil production, and real estate industries. In this capacity, she drafted contracts, proposals, and closing documents, tracked payments and deadlines, analyzed risks and assessed performance.
Amber Griffith - Chief Operating Officer

Chief Operating Officer

Amber began partnering with the military as a Business Development Assistant in 2008. In this role, she had the opportunity to lead technical writing efforts on complex business development projects and personally wrote and priced a proposal resulting in the award of a $10 Billion STARS II contract with work spanning 32 major cities across the continental United States.

To support the development of the DoD Acquisition Workforce through objective, professional, and independent DAU Equivalency evaluations while providing support to training providers who teach this workforce.
