Amber Griffith
Chief Operating Officer
Amber began partnering with the military as a Business Development Assistant in 2008. In this role, she had the opportunity to lead technical writing efforts on complex business development projects and personally wrote and priced a proposal resulting in the award of a $10 Billion STARS II contract with work spanning 32 major cities across the continental United States.
In 2012 Amber accepted a job offer with the American Red Cross as a Regional Program Manager overseeing a Red Cross station in northern Italy. She managed procurements, health and safety training, disaster preparedness training/support, blood services, and emergency communication messages to both service members and their families living overseas. Over the next eight years, she supported the American Red Cross throughout Europe, the Middle East, and Asia.
In 2016, Amber accepted a joint position with the American Red Cross and USARCENT as the Comprehensive Soldier and Family Fitness (CSF2) Program Manager based out of Camp Arifjan, Kuwait. Amber oversaw the Master Resilience Training (MRT) Program within CENTCOM and worked to provide continuity and training for MRTs throughout the CENTCOM footprint.
Amber joined the Curriculum and Training Services team in 2022 as the Chief Operating Officer. She is looking forward to working with the reviewers and DAU partners to ensure the successful mission of providing customer-focused professional support continues.
