Our experience with team building, as a result of 20+ years of military service in the U.S. Marine Corps plus additional research and training, have helped us understand what it takes to create great teams AND how to translate this information to useful activities and training to improve your organization and your teams.
Some of our favorite tools for team building are Everything DiSC® and Five Behaviors of a Cohesive Team™. These research-based tools and training curricula are geared toward sharing useful information and appropriate activities to enhance the team’s growth and learning.
